The Pinterest Creator Fund program uplifts Pinterest creators and communities that have been disproportionately underrepresented by providing financial and educational training, resources and one-on-one support.
The Pinterest Creator Fund is a 5-week program focused on educating and teaching creators from underrepresented communities how to succeed on the platform, giving them dedicated time and resources to sharpen their skills and develop new strategies. You’ll not only learn how to make Idea Pins that pop, but you’ll also dig into how Pinterest trends can help you create the most inspiring—and timely—content.
We’ll announce a new Pinterest Creator Fund cycle every quarter, giving even more Pinterest creators access to financial resources and training. Each cycle will focus on a different content area, for more personalized training and community building. This first 2022 cycle was focused on Fashion and Beauty, inviting Fashion and Beauty creators in the US to apply. Future cycles will include topics like Food, Lifestyle and Wellness.
The new format means that participants will get a mix of Pinterest training and deep industry insights from experts in the field.
Participants receive $25,000 in the form of a cash grant, equipment and ad credits in addition to resources and hands-on learning sessions with industry leaders and experts.
The Creator Fund is focused on the growth and success of underrepresented creators: of color, people with disabilities and members of the LBGTQ+ community. For this cycle, we invite Health & Wellness creators who meet the following criteria to apply:
The criteria can change depending on the program. The fund is based in the US for now. But Pinterest will be expanding the program to include underrepresented creators in Brazil and the UK later this year. It’s happening! Be sure to check back for updates and new opportunities over the coming months.
First and foremost, learn and create! Pinterest requires participants to sign an agreement, commit to five virtual educational sessions and create content as part of the Fund. Pinterest also hosts weekly office hours that they recommend participants attend.

On average past participants gained 60% more followers on Pinterest after completion of the program. They also saw an increase of 2.9x Idea Pin impressions and 72% more monthly views compared to their previous performance.
Pinterest Creator Fund cycles will be announced quarterly giving creators more opportunities to apply. Join Pinterest’s newsletter to make sure you hear about future opportunities.
